Like Jerry, I too came from California, but much later. I was raised in Paso Robles, and lived there until I moved here in 2001.

My background has been in accounting and administrative duties. When I came to work at Northsound Insurance, it was with the clear understanding that the administrative responsibilities would be secondary to customer service. I was required to study insurance and pass the state insurance licensing requirements. It was a daunting experience. Surprisingly, it was interesting to see how insurance is related to everyday life.

In addition to customer service, I assist people in selecting the personal insurance that applies to their particular needs. I also help with commercial insurance, especially contractors and bonds. When there is a problem with accounting, or when an insurance company has made a mistake, I am the one who usually can solve the problem.
