I often wonder how we got any work done before we had computers. In our agency, they have become indispensable. When you call, we instantly have your complete insurance information in front of us. What we are missing is a complete list of everyone’s email address. If we have not gotten yours, please send us a short message so that we will have it. Not only is it a more efficient way to communicate, it gives us a method of getting information out to you on insurance issues. Many times, I get something from an insurance company or from one of the insurance journals that can be informative or helpful to our clients. Sending mail is costly and time consuming. I would like better communications with our clients so that we have a more informed insured. I promise that nothing will be sent that is of a sales promotion, nor will it be given to anyone else without your permission. Sending a message to the info address goes to everyone’s mailbox. Each of us have our own email address. By using our first names, then @northsound-insurance.com goes only to that person.
